Information submitted via application forms

The only information we collect about users on this website is what is sent in to us via the application forms: first and last names, email addresses and phone numbers. We store applications in a separate database and on our SharePoint server, to assess and administer applications and to be able to keep in contact with the applicants – and for follow up and evaluation. 

The University of Gothenburg (where the Swedish Secretariat for Gender Research are placed) is responsible for all processing of personal data that takes place as part of our activities.
